Ray has been certified as a coach with Creative Results Management and has been certified as a mentor through Management Mentors. He is a member of both the International Coach Federation and the International Mentoring Association. His ministry, “Next Step Coaching and Mentoring,” emphasizes how those two disciplines go hand in hand, with an understanding of the roles of both. As the Church Planting Director for the Central Pacific District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance, he coaches and mentors church planters, pastors, and lay leaders regularly. He has logged over 220 hours of coaching, seeing many people like you take the next step to effectiveness in their passion, becoming who God has created you to be, and doing all He is calling you to do.
